Dr. Brendan Loehr

General Dentist

Dr. Brendan Loehr grew up on a small farm in rural Virginia. He received an athletic scholarship to play tennis at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. After teaching tennis for two years following his graduation, Dr. Loehr attended the Tufts School of Dental Medicine from 2003-2007, which is regarded as one of the top dental schools in the country.

Bonnie Thompson

Operations Manager

Bonnie has over 25 years of experience in the dental field. She began as a dental assistant in high school and moved into a management role after completing her accounting degree in 2001. She recently moved here from Boston, MA with her awesome husband Joe and their three children. She has found that moving here has helped provide a better work-life balance for her family. They have spent much more time together going for walks, bike rides and enjoying everything Texas! What she loves most is helping ensure that each patient has the best dental treatment experience possible.

Christina Shaw

Dental Hygienist
Christina has been in dental hygiene since 2001! She is passionate about educating her patients on the benefits of good oral health care, and building great relationships with them. She was born in Hamburg, Germany and immigrated to Marble Falls, Texas when she was ten years old. In 2016 she settled in Leander, Texas with her amazing husband and 2 beautiful daughters. In her free time, Christina enjoys reading, movies, crafting, painting, salsa and ballroom dancing, and spending time with family and their dog Mia. She loves that Austin provides so many opportunities to explore the outdoors and lots of restaurants to eat her favorite snack of chips with spicy salsa! A fun fact about Christina is that a few of her favorite movies to watch are Braveheart, The Notebook, and Pride & Prejudice.

Rabecca Bromm

Lead Dental Assistant

Rabecca has been a Dental Assistant for over 15 years, with most of her experience in cosmetic and restorative dental procedures. She cares most about helping patients feel comfortable during their dental appointments and assisting Dr. Loehr in providing quality oral health care. A Phoenix, AZ native (and Cardinals fan!), she moved to Austin in 2014 and fell in love with its small-city feel, Town Lake, wide range of outdoor activities, and great restaurants. She enjoys reading, snacking on chips and guacamole, and spending time with her friends country line dancing and hiking. One fun fact about Rebecca is that in her childhood she grew up living in the desert “off the grid” with solar panels, horses and dirt bikes!

Sarai Amado

Dental Assistant
Sarai has been a Dental Assistant for over a decade and has extensive experience with pediatrics. What she loves most about dentistry is helping to transform a patient’s smile to improve their confidence and health. Born in Guatemala, she came to the United States to visit family in Chicago where she met her husband Otto. They married and moved with their beautiful daughter to Cedar Park, Texas in 2001. She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors at the beach and exploring local parks and lakes in and around Austin. A few fun facts about Sarai are that her favorite dessert is tres leches cake and her favorite place she’s traveled to has been the Dominican Republic!

Jeanette Vanderberg

Patient Coordinator
Jeanette started her career in dental assisting over 30 years ago and eventually transitioned to front desk operations and management. What she enjoys most about her job is meeting new patients and helping them feel comfortable. She grew up in Kerrville, Texas and moved to Austin eight years ago after marrying her husband, Gary. She has two adult children and a beautiful granddaughter who still live in Kerrville. In addition to cheering on the Dallas Cowboys with her family, she loves traveling to places like New York City and Alaska, and researching genealogy. A few fun facts about Jeannette is her favorite celebrity is Phillip Phillips and her favorite daytime soap show to watch is General Hospital.
